Introduction

CTC Communications Corporation (“CTC”, “we”, “us”, “our”) has created this Privacy Policy to demonstrate our firm commitment to fully disclosing what information we collect via this Industrii website and mobile application (hereafter referred as “application”) and how we use it to ensure protection of your privacy. “You” and “your” refers to you, the health care professional, as a user of the application. We provide training to educate employees and our agents or suppliers or contractors about the meaning and requirements of our strict standards for data security and confidentiality. CTC will retain your information for as long as it makes use of such information. You agree to allow us to keep your information in accordance with this policy by submitting your information through the application.

You can review and edit certain information in your account using the application, and any changes will be saved to your personal record.

CTC may “de-identify” the information and use it. De-identification involves a process of eliminating or masking information that directly or indirectly identifies you personally, such as your name, address, elements of your date of birth, and similar information. You understand and agree that CTC owns and will own all de-identified Information and derivations of such information in all forms and media.
